The Board of Governors are unhappy with college discipline and haul in het Headmaster for a special meeting. Quoting a letter written by a student who is studying abroad, they inform the Head that in foreign lands spanking is still being administered. The board demand the immediate return of corporal punishment. Three 20-year-old foreign students at the college are selected for discipline in front of the board. The trio receive OTK spanking plus a blistering tawsing. All three are later summoned to go over the vaulting horse for a hard caning on the bare bottom.
